Amazon Invests Rs 45 Billion in the Indian Market

To ramp up operations in one of world’s fastest-growing markets, Amazon has invested around 45 billion rupees ($634.20 million) into its retail, food and payments units. India being a crucial market for growth; Founder Jeff Bezos has committed to invest $5 billion in the Indian market.
