Bihar Floods Death Toll Reaches 73

Heavy rains over the past week have led to massive flooding in the Gangetic plains of Bihar. The National Disaster Response Force has been working tirelessly and has rescued upwards of 10000 flood victims. The official death toll rose to 73 on Thursday.
