Indian PM Narendra Modi will gift 50kWh roof-top ‘Gandhi Solar Park’ worth about $1 million. The solar park has 193 solar panels, one for each member nation of the UN. With its recent move to ban plastics and commitment to reduce carbon footprint by 35% by 2030, India has assumed a forward position in world politics with regards to environmental issues.
