In an interaction with the Indian Association of Foreign Affairs in New Delhi, German Ambassador to India Walter J Lindner said, “the revocation of Article 370 and bifurcation of Jammu and Kashmir are internal matters of India.” At the same time he acknowledged the situation in the Kashmir Valley as challenging and also appreciated Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s restrained speech at the UNGA.
