Ind-Pak Nuclear War Could Cause More Deaths than WWII

While India and Pakistan are at loggerheads over Kashmir and terrorism, an American study suggests that a nuclear conflagaration between the 2 countries could lead to immediate death of upto 125 million people. The fallout is expected to have a devastating impact on the global climate – upto 5°C decline in surface temperature, 15-30% reduction of rainfall and could reduce vegetation by almost 30%.
