Modi Celebrates Diwali with Army in Kashmir

In his first visit to Jammu and Kashmir after abolishing Article 370, PM Narendra Modi celebrated Diwali with the troops at Rajouri near the LoC. The visit coincided with Infantry Day celebrations. He was all praise for the men in uniform, saying their valour makes it possible for the government to make tough decisions.
