Modi-Putin Bilateral Meeting in Vladivostok

The bilateral talks will be held today on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum. Russia and India are expected to sign 15 documents with focus on the military industrial sector and technology transfer. Modi is keen on partnering with Russia for joint production of weapons for sale to other countries.
