All rounder Shakib Al-Hassan has been charged with Match fixing, and been suspended for 2 years. If all goes well, he would be reinstated by Oct 29 2020.
According to reports, Shakib Al Hasan was in touch with a person named Deepak Aggarwal who used to message him on WhatsApp and ask for inside information regarding IPL matches.
ICC found him guilty on the basis of him not disclosing these activities to the board.
